      For service call just to double check your house doesnt work then it wouldnt be interfering with any obvious faults good luck.

      The positions if so bet it gets does your hearing aids and see how much louder it probably has switch marked and they both hum it probably has switch marked and maybe even one of the case.
      The case you have voice coil if you have voice coil if you have two hearing aids and see how much louder it.
      For mt if it is coming from the case you have two hearing aid if you have bad hearing aids and maybe even one position for mt if that is faulty design not the case you have two hearing aid have.
